Qualifications:

Diploma/Certificate of at least two (2) years in business administration, marketing, or any related course.
Preferably with experience in Retail Sales or any related role.
Good interpersonal and social skills.
Healthy and fit to work and can handle bulky items.

Scope of Work and Responsibilities

*Ensure sales quotas are met by increasing sales, transactions, basket size and applicable margins to support sales targets. This may include doing pro-active activities that may help reach quota.

*Assist customers and provide assistance whenever possible. Make sure that customers are 100% satisfied with their requests- before, during and after the sales has been made.

*Ensure that all sales are properly taken care off, from displaying products, assembling products, repairing products, communicating with colleagues, documentation and delivery preparation.

*Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the store including cleaning product display, stockroom maintenance, maintaining products, store safety, general housekeeping and the like.

* Participate in sales promotions and marketing activities designed to boost sales. This includes participation in activities like training, text blasts, e-mail marketing, networking and the like.

*Create and maintain brand activation for retail stores like graphics, posters, sales, fliers, giveaways, catalogs, bundling of products and the like; also creates, maintains and streamlines activities for online platforms by providing and updating content for social media, e-mail marketing, the website and the like.

*Generates promotional activities for online and offline sales channels to drive traffic and generate sales.

*Establishes key partners that can generate additional leads and sales for the sales team through public relations, x-deals and the like.

*Coordinate with other teams to monitor and review marketing needs and current marketing strategies.

*Adhere to company and store policies related to attendance, including changing operating hours and days, tardiness, changes in schedules and the like.

*Assist customers and provide assistance whenever possible. Make sure that customers are 100% satisfied with their requests- before and during respective deliveries.

*Provide quick and quality delivery service by assisting the delivery team in delivery routes, following schedules, and delivering on time.

*Ensure that all products are properly taken care off, from handling products for delivery, handling products during transit, assembling products and serving products to customers. Also includes proper documentation of delivery reports and handling of cash and/or monetary equivalents.

*Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the truck or delivery medium including cleaning, truck maintenance, safety, general housekeeping and the like.
