At Hapihomes, professional growth isn’t just encouraged—it’s scheduled. On May 28, 2025, Promodisers gathered for a comprehensive online training that strengthened both their technical know-how and strategic thinking.

A Full Day of Learning and Engagement
The training kicked off with the HR Department leading the first session. Mrs. Gina Palaoag and Ms. Bianca Rein Balasta guided attendees through essential protocols, such as attendance, sales report submissions, and incentive computations, laying the groundwork for accountability and reward.
Next up was the Sales & Marketing Department with an insightful talk on PVV (Purpose, Vision, and Values), led by Mr. Matthew Waldrich See. This session reinforced Hapihomes' mission and aligned the team on sales targets.
The Purchasing Department took the stage, Ms. Heide Rose Veniegas delivered a compelling product presentation, arming promodisers with the knowledge needed to speak confidently about the offerings.
The focus shifted to logistics. Mr. Chan Glen Alemaida and Ms. Shiela May Fulay from the Warehouse & Logistics Department led a session on inventory forms and damage reports, ensuring promodisers understand the flow of goods from the warehouse to the client.
Mr. Rommel Morante brought the energy back with a dynamic session on Sales Strategy and Relationship Building. His insights into client engagement were especially valuable for front-line promodisers who thrive on personal interaction.

The day closed with final reflections and closing remarks from Mr. Matthew Waldrich See, tying together the day’s themes of collaboration, clarity, and confidence.
Why It Matters
