Sales Agent for Interior Design (Alabang Office)

We are looking for an experienced Sales Agent / Business Development Professional to identify and secure new interior design projects, primarily within the commercial and institutional sectors. The ideal candidate has an established network, understands the design and construction industry, and knows how to convert leads into signed contracts. 
Key Responsibilities
 • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial and institutional sectors 
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, corporate clients, property managers, and decision makers
 • Present our interior design and furniture solutions to potential clients 
• Coordinate with the internal design team for proposals and presentations 
• Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to contract signing 
• Manage our showroom to attract new clients • Achieve agreed sales targets and revenue goals Qualifications 
• Minimum 3 years of proven sales or business development experience in interior design, construction, fit out, furniture supply, or related industries
 • Demonstrated track record of closing commercial or institutional projects (offices, retail, hospitality, schools, healthcare, etc.)
 • Existing network of decision makers such as corporate clients, developers, property managers, architects, and project managers 
• Strong understanding of the commercial project lifecycle, including bidding, procurement, contract negotiation, and project turnover 
• Experience handling projects with contract values of at least P 1 million and above
 • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills 
• Highly self motivated with the ability to generate leads independently Preferred 
• Background in architecture, interior design, real estate, or construction
 • Experience handling large scale office or retail projects Compensation Competitive commission structure on top of monthly income depending on experience.
