Responsibilities
- Provide helpdesk support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems for end-users.
- Set up, configure, and secure routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including procedures and configurations.
- Help enforce data privacy and usage policies.
Must Have
- Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or any related field
- Hardware & Software Troubleshooting
