Program Overview
The Furniture & Interior Loyalty Rewards Program (“Program”) offered by HAPIHOMES to reward loyal customers for their continued purchases of furniture, interior décor, and related products. By participating in the Program, members agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility
The Program is open to registered customers, including individual clients, interior designers, contractors, corporate buyers and furniture dealers who have an active account with HAPIHOMES. Participation is free unless otherwise stated.
Membership Enrollment
Customers may enroll in the Program by registering through [Website
/ Sales Representative / Upon enrollment, the customer will be assigned a membership
account where eligible purchases and rewards will be tracked.
Earning Rewards
Members earn loyalty points or credits for qualifying purchases of furniture, interior products, and other eligible items from HAPIHOMES.
Reward Redemption
Accumulated points or credits may be redeemed for rewards such as:
- Discounts on future purchases
- Exclusive product offers
- Promotional items or gifts
- Special pricing or rebates
Redemption may be subject to minimum point requirements and product availability.
Validity of Points
Points or credits may expire if not redeemed within [12 / 24 months] from the date they are earned. Expired points cannot be reinstated unless otherwise determined by HAPIHOMES.
Non-Transferability
Points, credits, and rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless expressly stated by HAPIHOMES.
Returns and Adjustments
Hapihomes offers a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery or pickup. Items must be returned at the customer’s expense. Once received and approved by our warehouse team, store credit will be issued.
- Delivery and pickup fees are non-refundable
- A restocking fee of 20% or ₱1,000 (whichever is higher) applies
- Returns may be declined if items show misuse, damage, or improper handling
Return Eligibility (ALL required):
- Item is in original packaging
- Unused, unassembled, and unmodified
- Original sales invoice is provided
- Approved Return Authorization (RA)
Non-Returnable Items:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift certificates
- Customized or made-to-order items
- Items marked “Non-Returnable” or “Self-Assembly”
- Items already picked up, inspected, assembled, altered, or returned without packaging/RA
Valid Reasons for Return (subject to QC approval):
- Defective item (must be reported upon delivery or pickup)
- Incorrect item delivered
- Item significantly differs from description
Invalid Return Reasons:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size, color, or preference
- Failure to inspect upon delivery
How to Request a Return:
- Submit a request with your order number and reason
- Review within 3–5 business days
- If approved, ship back the item or request paid pickup
- QC inspection within 3–7 business days
- Store credit issued upon approval
Fees & Refund Processing:
- Restocking fee: 20% or ₱1,000 (whichever is higher)
- Delivery/pickup fees are non-refundable
Refund timelines:
- Cash: up to 30 business days
- Card/Online: up to 45 business days
- GCash: store credit only
Loyalty Points Adjustment:
If a purchase that earned loyalty points is returned, canceled, or refunded, the corresponding points or credits will be automatically deducted from the customer’s loyalty account. Hapihomes reserves the right to adjust points to maintain accurate balances.
Warranty Disclaimer:
Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage due to improper assembly or handling. Items that have been assembled are no longer eligible for return or exchange unless a factory defect is confirmed.
Consumer Notice:
In accordance with Republic Act No. 7394, change of mind is not a valid reason for return or exchange.
Program Modifications
HAPIHOMES reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, including its benefits, point structure, or redemption policies, at any time without prior notice.
Account Misuse
HAPIHOMES reserves the right to suspend or terminate any
loyalty account suspected of fraudulent activity, abuse of the Program, or
violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Limitation of Liability
HAPIHOMES is not responsible for any technical issues,
system errors, or delays that may affect the accumulation or redemption of
points.
